Happy to share we at Noble gastro hospital resected early esophageal cancer (Squamous cell carcinoma) by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for 70 year Male. On histopathology base of resected specimen was free of tumour. Major surgery (esophagectomy) was prevented.
