D (Diverticulae) POEM (per oral endoscopic myotomy)
D (Diverticulae) POEM (per oral endoscopic myotomy) for twin diverticule both adjacent to each other both diverticulae septotomy was done after tunelling. Patient also had jackhammer esophagus so long myotomy was also performed.
Now Achalasia cardia zenkers diverticulae and esophageal diverticulae can be treated by endoscopic POEM procedure.
